For Honey Ginger Syrup

  • 1/2 cup (135 g) blood
  • 1/4 cup (50 g) sugar
  • 1/2 cup (118 ml) water
  • 2-inch (5-cm) piece freshly sliced, peeled and sliced

For the meeting:

  • ice
  • 3 ounces (90 ml) scotch
  • 1 ounce (30 ml) lemon juice
  • 1 ounce (30 ml) Honey Ginger Syrup
  • 1 ounce (30 ml) Islay scotch (optional)
  • Inserted weakly, for decoration

To make Honey Ginger Syrup:

Combine honey, sugar, water and ginger in a small saucepan over medium high heat. Whisk until sugar has dissolved. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Remove from heat, and jump into an airtight container. Allow to cool.

Once the syrup has cooled, you can immediately make the drinks, but I recommend covering the syrup and allowing the flavors to thaw in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours. The syrup can be continued for up to 2 weeks.

To collect the drink:

Fill the ice cream shaker with ice, and add the scotch, lemon juice and honey ginger syrup. Cover and shake for 10 seconds. Pour the mixture from the shaker (do not include ice) into a cool glass with plenty of fresh ice.

Apply Islay scotch when using, and garnish with candied ginger.

Next is a fruit sandwich based on one of the Street Fighterthe more meaningful characters, Akuma. Called Fruit Sando, it takes an hour to prepare five vegetarian sandwiches with milk. If not fighting in tournaments, it looks like Akuma is selling these delicious foods.

  • 2 tangerines, peeled and cut into slices
  • 8 grapes, half

To make whipped cream:

Combine heavy cream, sugar and vanilla extract in a large cold bowl. Stir until stiff peaks form. Avoidance.

To assemble the sandwich:

Remove the heels from the loaf, leaving only the centerpiece. Cut the remaining bread into 10 equal slices.

Spread the same layer of whipped cream on 5 slices of bread. Arrange the fruit on top of the whipped cream, making sure the fruit is cut in half clean in half when slicing the sandwich. Cover the fruit with the remaining whipped cream.

Place each sandwich with the remaining slices of bread, writing down how the fruit is placed. Wrap each sandwich tightly in plastic wrap, and make a mark on the packaging to identify how to cut the sandwich so you can cleanly divide the fruit in half. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or up to 8 hours. Carefully cut the sandwiches in half diagonally. Remove the plastic wrap, and gently cut the bread.
