What To Do If You Are Not Okay


Here’s the discouraging truth: You may not be as healthy as you think.

According to a long line of psychological studies, we tend to see ourselves as better than we are. Social scientists call it the Better Than Average Effect. We are forced to put our best face forward and curb our shortcomings. Mura mig kuyog2 on the outside even though not on the inside.

The past year and a half has shown how important it is to take care of ourselves emotionally, physically, relationships, and spiritually. How? First Peter 5: 7 says to cast “all your worries on him, because he cares for you.”
