Jungkook on BTS took over The Tonight Show on Monday, where he performed “Standing Next To You” and tried New York pizza for the first time.
Speaking in English and Korean, the BTS member talked about his new album, Golden, including the beginning of its title and the themes found throughout. Asked about the possibility of a solo tour, Jung Kook said that he needs to record more songs before he goes out on the road. “Of course I want to do a world tour, but I don’t have enough songs for that [yet],” he explained. “So I want to expand on them and do more songs, and maybe when I’m ready I can do a full tour.” However, he will be performing a livestream concert from Jangchung Arena in Seoul on November 20.
While he was in New York, Jung Kook also experienced eating New York pizza for the first time, and gave his slice a review.
