A new one The Flash The TV spot for DC Studios’ superhero movie has arrived online, offering new action-packed footage. It is scheduled to hit theaters on June 16.
The video continues to highlight the consequences of Barry Allen’s decision to change the past. It also gives us a new look at Michael Keaton’s Batman and Sasha Calle’s Supergirl.
The Flash The film will see the return of Ezra Miller as Scarlet Speedster/Barry Allen in the DCEU, who he first portrayed in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, Justice Leagueand Zack Snyder’s Justice League. Joining Miller are Kiersey Clemons as Iris West, Maribel Verdú as Nora Allen, Sasha Calle as Supergirl, and Ron Livingston as Henry Allen, along with Keaton and Ben Affleck reprising their respective versions of Bruce Wayne / Batman for the film.
“Worlds collide The Flash when Barry uses his superpowers to travel back in time to change the events of the past,” reads the synopsis. “But when his attempt to save his family accidentally changes the future, Barry is trapped in a reality where General Zod has returned, threatening extinction, and there are no Super Heroes to go to.” as the synopsis. “That is, unless Barry manages to lure a very different Batman out of retirement and rescue an imprisoned Kryptonian…even if that’s not what he’s looking for. In the end, to save the world he lives in -an and return to the future he knows, Barry’s only hope is to race for his life. But will making the ultimate sacrifice be enough to reset the universe?”
The film is directed by ITby Andy Muschietti from the latest screenplay written by Christina Hodson (Birds of Prey). It is executive produced by Marianne Jenkins with Michael Disco and Barbara Muschietti set as producers.
